Thinner and milder in taste then peanut butter. It is great for making sludge, I am not as fond of it for sandwiches. I only use it and PB for sludge these days. Chocolate protein, 2 tbl spoons of nut butter and a little water or heavy cream. mix well and eat. It is my evening snack.
