Just Bench 72 is off to a bad start

3/1/11 Sleep: 10 hours (wooohooooo)

MMA Complex: 75x6x6 (3 minutes rest between sets)
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Bent Rows
Military Press
Good Mornings

Bike 10 min (100 calories)

For the MMA complex I'm hoping to work up to 95lbs for 6-8 sets, then decrease the rest time in between sets. They are brutal.
395 Raw Bench @ 198lbs
