*Diet is going to be a real mother; work is consuming 60-70hrs a week of my time.
Mon - ohp 5x5
pullups 5 sets as many as possible
Wed - deadlift 5x5
barbell Shrugs 5x5
Fri - bench 5x5
d/b rows 5x10
Sun - squat 5x5
leg curls 5x10
