Goal - lose 15lbs and maintain strength
BW - 220

*Diet is going to be a real mother; work is consuming 60-70hrs a week of my time.

Mon - ohp 5x5
btn 3x10
pullups 5 sets as many as possible

Wed - deadlift 5x5
barbell Shrugs 5x5
abs 3x20

Fri - bench 5x5
floorpress 3x10
d/b rows 5x10

Sun - squat 5x5
goodmornings 3x10
leg curls 5x10
