Shoulders or back.

On a split most people work them on shoudler day because there is less volume on that day, compared to back (ie normal back day 12-16 sets, normal shoulders 9-12)....

They can be worked on either day. As I do a full body i hit them several times 3 days per week. They get hit with my OH Pressing, Rowing and deadlifting
