Looks like a great routine. Do you think i could possibly use the same principles just do the gain in weight every time i come home. like 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2 and then next time try 3/3/3/3/2/2/2/2 and the next time 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/??
