Well that's the major issue. It's hard to reach their goals without training and eating like a bodybuilder. I interview major fitness models and guess what...they train like bodybuilders, and are often just as big.

Problem is the general population sees a fitness model/ripped athlete and believes they are a scaled down version of a bodybuilder, and therefore, they must have an easier approach.
