i have to honestly say that was me for a long time. i didn't do squats cause they weren't comfortable for me or i used my back issues as a crutch to puss out of them. man am i glad i grew out of that!!! it took me till i was 30 but you can never lose hope for the youth. but for me i lift at a powerlifters gym. i lift with a group of 3 guys that only have one idea in mind and that is moving heavy weight. sometimes there is as many as 6 or 7 of us on a monday doin bench with everyone pushin each other to go bigger and push harder. then we go eat tacos till we puke!! thats what i call trainin!
