Pre-Back surgery I had the following:
Bench-505lb (w/elbow wraps, wrist wraps,, belt, chalk)
Dead Lift-705lb (w/wrist wraps, wrist straps, belt, chalk, knee wraps)
*Never really squatted (other than a few times for sh*ts and giggles) but post surgery was able to get 405lb for a clean 5 reps, not overly impressive but may equate to a 455lb 1RM.
Total Weight PreSurgery: 1615lb.
Bench: 405x3 (w/belt, wrist wraps, elbow wraps)
Dead Lift: 560lb (w/belt, straps, no knee wraps)
Total PostSurgery Weight: 1370lb.
Will attempt a few lifts when my back gets in line and post vids.
