I'm going for this basic routine.
It's not complicated and this kind of work outs keeps me motivated.
But then like this:
Squat 5 x 5
Bech Press 5 x 5
Deadlift 3 x 5 weights ramping up to 1 work set
Overhead Press 5 x 5
