I hate machines. At this point cable machines/plate loaded. I can't stand them. I never get any benefit from doing them, so I just stopped. I love the cold hand of iron. This being said I neglect my calves, which are still 18 inches which is good enough for me. Because Strongman hates biceps, my most favorite and over trained bodypart as became the most abused and least loved, shrinking to 17.9 makes me tear a little inside, thinking back how many years I have trained them. Finally Abs I HATE training unless is some no belt squats, yolk or deadlifts.
