Standing Dumbell Curls

Straight Bar Wide Grip Pushdowns
5x12 80, 120, 150, 180x2

Barbell front raises
3x15-60lbs

Wide grip Tri Delt Rows
3x10- 120 SLOOOOOOWW and painfull pump,

Dumbell Side Raises Concentrated and slow
2x25-25lbs with APT Grippers
