I know your a smarter then average lifter, and know your diet well as experience with your figure competition, I just want to see you have a successful first power-lifting meet.
And I do appreciate your concern a lot. I have actually switched back to eating 4 meals with 1-2 protein shakes during the day, because I feel it's better for me mentally with my weight appearing more stable on the scale, and it fits my schedule better for now.
I'm not doing any crash dieting, no worries!
