lol the weekend warrior been feeling crappy this week...

Good luck on your deadlift M&B. I always get pumped up for deadlift no matter how i feel lol!!!

going to hit a rep PR maybe 405x w/e is there

Need to get better at front squats, back squats and Powerclean & Jerk making them a priority.. these should get me better at strongman and help my deadlift go up more
