Your right BTB. Before I got injured I barbell hack squatted 315 for 14 reps and was bench pressing the 90s dumbells at 200lb roughly 14% bf which I dont think is too bad is it? I always look to progress when I can.

Also I am all for natural bodybuilding for life but was wondering how much strength steriods give you?
