feeling better almost 100% now, had a light training session last night

Hang Cleans
8x3 with 135

Front Squats (first time in a long tim doing these)
5x3 with 185 felt heavy and awquared

Push jerk
3x3 135

strict press
2x3 135

Cable abs pulldowns
150lbs x20

Skull chrushers
70lbs x20

meh w/e

will do some light deadlift sunday to get back into it...
