Pinwheels were pretty popular here last year. We had a string where everyone was trying them. Not so much lately though.
And what's your honest opinion on my form Steve? Not to mention, on pinwheels?
EDIT: to clarify, I've only started standing alternating DB curls recently, by comparison. I used to sit and do 1 arm at a time. If what I'm doing is less productive, I will return to the seated and/or isolated curling I was doing...
I want to get this right. I only started standing alternating because I felt my increase in stamina demanded it!
