Remember, the kitchen is the second manliest room in your house, it has fire, and sharp knives.

2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 can of spinach
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
garlic (add to taste)
non stick cooking spray

Step 1
mix eggs and seasoning in a bowl, make sure you break the yolks into it

Step 2
spray pan down with cooking spray

Step 3
drain spinach, and then put in pan

Step 4
put the heat to high and wait for spinach to sizzle, then lower it to medium heat

Step 5
add egg mixture to pan

Step 6
stir until finished

Step 7
get water and fork, lets eat
how do you make this minus the spinach? is there any reason the spinach is in it?

i have no clue about cooking, but i keep hearing about that fritata pizza or whatever. it sounds and looks good.
