Strive Seated Overhead Press* 275x10,10,10
*The weight stack stopped at 265, threw extra 10lb on top of the stack with a few weight stack pins, luckily they didn't fall off or jam the stack up...

Dumbbell Lateral Raises 50x10,10,10.
Front Cable Uni-Raises 25x10,10,10,10.

Torso Rotation 140x10,10,10,10.
Low Back Extension 160x10,10,10,10.

Cardio:
Elliptical, 25 minutes, 137HR/bpm

Sauna: 12 minutes, 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
