This one is great if your goal is leg doms. Eleven sets of squats

Last time i did it, it looked something like this

3 warmup sets

Deep squat
8x245
8x245
8x246
5x275
5x275
5x275
3x310
3x310
3x310
3x310
3x310
+one set of high rep squats, 110 lbs or so, to failure (20+ reps)

Front squats (fast reps)
3x8x135 lbs.

Not eleven but 15 sets of squats. Brutal.
