Yes it depends on the fed, but in competitive sports this is a bad idea for several reasons, 1. If you never did it before you have no idea how it going to effect you. 2.Epederine's is dangerous and has risks associated with taking it, while effective its not worth risks for just an easy 3-5lbs water cut.
