I have decided to not compete at the meet in March and wait until around August or so before I compete again. Thinking about doing bench only at a APA meet in August and gonna do full power at the SPF meet in November.
Also I'm going back to my 3 day routine Mon- Squats, Wed- Bench, Fri- Deadlifts. I don't really care much for Westside training plus it's killing my elbows and pec tendons.
