Default Today's Workout.

Barbell Curls: 116x10,10,10.
Seated Bicep Curl: 155x10,10,10,10.
Hanging Dumbbell Curl: 40x10,10,10.

Uni-Tricep Extension: 35x10,10,10,10.
Rev Uni-Tri Extension: 25x10,10,10,10.
Rope Extension: 75x10,10,10,10.

Cable Crunches: 100x25,20,20,20,15.

Cardio: Elliptical, 25min, 130HR

Sauna: 9minutes, 185degrees.

Decent session... like to workout later in the day but my schedule with my clients forced me in there at about 8am this morning... thinking I should take tomorrow off, we'll see...
