Default Today's Session(s)... 2/01/2011.

Double session today, though not originally planned as such... Had to run to an appointment with a client (a gym owner actually), then head back to finish my session!!

Session 1:
Torso Rotation: 130x15,15,15,15.
Cable Crunches: 100x40,30,20,10.
Low Back Extensions: 160x10,10,10,10.

Cardio: Elliptical, 20min, 130HR.

Session 2:
Pec Deck: 150x15,15,15.
Upward Crossover: 32.5x10,10,10.
Cable Crossover: 42.5x15,15,15,15.

Cardio: Elliptical, 20min, 130HR.

Sauna: 7minutes.*
*Never tried the sauna, damn thing cooked my nostrils!!! Will do it again, hoping to get to 15minutes...
