DB bench-50'sx10x1, 100'sx10x1, 100'sx7x1 I can move my wrist with the db's so it doesn't hurt so much.
DB incline bench-75'sx10x1, 100'sx10x1, 100'x5x1 I was gassed
DB decline bench-65'sx10x1, 100'sx8x1, 100'sx5x1 (need to work on these again)
DB Incline flies (just started these on Monday)-45'sx10x1,55'sx10x1, 55'sx1x7x1, 35'sx20x1 (nice burn)
Pec. Dec.- 1 arm 190x10x2 (each arm), 230x10x2 (both arms)
Cable rope press downs (the rope doesn't hurt my elbow) 90x10x1, 110x10x1,
1 arm cable kick backs-57x10x1, 64x10x1, 70x10x1 (each arm)
close grip bb blench-(today was the first time I've really done these. I needed to try something new and this was it. I like them so I will keep using them for a while)
125x10x1, 135x7x1, 155x5x1, 175x7x1 (with a spotter) the last set felt good.
Cardio-I was running out of time so I only did 15 min. of the treadmill at 15 deg. incline and 4.5 mph.
ABS-none (shit) I couldn't get to the spots to work them due to so many people.
Overall a good workout I'm happy.
