As time goes by and reps get higher and weight increases I could see this taking a bit more time but my goal is to always keep it between 45-60 minutes.
Pushing some real weight on the big moves will probably keep the time around an hour. Thats still a solid goal. The full version of the intermediate can probably be kept at around 75 minutes.
Reeves own version of his intermediate was said to take him around 2+ hours to work. Wait till I write the advanced version.
