I rock the time but you rock the heavy ass weight. I wore my heart rate monitor and kept a close eye on the time between sets. This is my first time doing it and I was aiming for 50-55 minutes so I came in right where I wanted to. As time goes by and reps get higher and weight increases I could see this taking a bit more time but my goal is to always keep it between 45-60 minutes.
