Great start Tim.

Don't worry about the dips. I pulled back to 3 sets for a few weeks to build reps a little better. You could just keep doing 3 sets until your getting 3x10, and then add the other two sets in.

I felt really tired on the 3 set and couldn't even hit 8. Overall the workout was the funnest time I've had in awhile lifting.
