I would suggest squats, utilizing three versions, Back, Front, Overhead, and Barbell calf raises, for your Ab work
I would suggest Barbell, and dumbell rowing, chinups, and deadlifts for your biceps.
I would suggest Overhead pressing, and Dips for your chest work.
