Dude my girl went with me today and I loved it! She stuck with some low intensity cardio, treadmill and elliptical (have to learn to crawl before you learn to walk...etc.), but it was a step in the right direction none the less! Don't throw too much at her too fast, or it will scare her off.... pace her routines, teach her something new once a week or as often as she can comfortably take in new information that may be foreign to her...
