You don't need to per say cut, you need to just watch the carbs. NO more 2 boxes of H/M just 1 lol.
eat 40% daily carbs pre and 40% post with in a hour. Eat your foods in this order.
This will help keep your inselent levels more stable and create less fat gains vrs. muscle gains.
