coop you do have a belly. lol The only way we can help you is if we see the good, the bad and the ugly pics. if you only show your best pics things like this thread start.

You don't need to per say cut, you need to just watch the carbs. NO more 2 boxes of H/M just 1 lol.

eat 40% daily carbs pre and 40% post with in a hour. Eat your foods in this order.

Pro's
Fat's
Carb's last.

This will help keep your inselent levels more stable and create less fat gains vrs. muscle gains.

I see a lot of BAD carb choises there bro. Stay away from fast food. It will sabitosh your goals.
