vegetarianism is healthy if done correctly. (100% strict veganism is NOT, but theres a HUGE difference between the two).
vegetarianism does give room for proper nutrition.
this is a woman who is a vegetarian who competes natural. she trains at my gym so i know for a FACT she does NOT eat meat. also this pic is from 2 years ago, and she has added some size since this. but she won overall at the show this is from.
