If anyone would like to read my original post, I do tell the OP that 'meat is king' when it comes to building muscle. But, as with anything, moderation must be observed.
Using the idealised and somewhat magical 'caveman' concept to justify an all-meat diet is ridiculous. It is a fad that will die, and resurface, and die again. Like all the others.
Gaspers - I feel your pain. I switched to soy PI because whey makes ME fart... and a bunch of other things I don't care to mention.
