pain mostly, which in turn makes it weaker, such as when we moved by the end of the day it would be completely unusable, and i couldn't put any weight on it, i also mentioned this in gl's log, but when i reached 150x3 in the bench it went out also, and i couldn't bench for almost 2 weeks. i've tried stretches and stuff to try and help it get better, but nothing seems to work, im going to try adding some pushups to my post workout routine to work on shoulder stability
