Glad to see you are running a log, I will be checking it out often, lifts look good and I like the your training style, I ran a similar routine to this about a year ago before I started getting into more powerlifting. Good luck and keep pushing hard!!

Glad to see that, deadlifting has also become my favorite lift in the last few months, not much makes me feel stronger than picking heavy weights up off the floor.
