because i hat cardio at the moment i sometimes just wrestle/ submission grapple with my friends for some movement on my off days.
I did this today for 40-60 minutes.
good workout, got pretty banged up, spine into a wall lol. i should be good tomorrow, but i hope this doesnt runin my strength tomorrow. right now im feeling sore everywhere.
cant wait to deadlift tomorrow! even with my shit form its my new favorite lift. Also i think i know how to fix my form.
