Alright! Heres an update:
Workout went good, I noticed when taking this stuff BECAREFUL, it will raise your resting heart rate, which in result in a higher heartrate when working out. I had a good workout, gotta work on some things but as for cardio I did a 10 minute preworkout MIT/HIT. For minutes 1-3 heartrate was on the rise, mostly from 130-145 then I stayed around 150-160 from 3-8 minutes and then lowered it to around 130 from 8-10 minutes.
