Looking forward to reading some details on your MMA training sessions mate.
At the moment im focusing purely on Muay Thai atmo, so all the striking, punching, elbows, knees, kicking and clinching. I find its easier to focus a lot on either Muay Thai or BJJ, instead of doing both at the same time, mainly because of the lifting.
