I posted this before looking at the lifts of others so I wouldn't taint the soup.

If I had to choose only 5, they would be:
  1. Squat
  2. Deadlift
  3. Overhead Press
  4. Bench Press
  5. Dumbbell Row

I think most of my choices are obvious. I do believe heavy dumbbell rows to be a bit underrated, and I really like them as a mass builder.
