Snowy here this am, so schools were late and people were being idiotic.
Nothing too special about today's workout. Forearm pain in minimal (gave up DB curls because of it). I actually had been performing the HS Preacher Curl without gripping the handles-- open hand and all. Helps a lot.
Weekends are always off days.
I have been going hard since the first week of November (10 weeks total) and am thinking of possibly deloading next week (instead of taking a week off). Then, a little voice in my head says to keep pushing. UGH. Decisions, decisions.
Complication makes it easy to explain failure.
