I've had plenty of free time this year to get completely neurotic about pre-training 'rituals',
It actually got to the stage where I wouldn't train unless everything I wanted to have happen, happened. On time, with no complications.
Nowadays I train alone with loud metal, or relative silence if the Mrs is home.
I might train at 3 if the weather's good, or 7 if it's not.
I have trained when we have company, and I've trained while she's cooking dinner (The Iron Pit is pretty much an extension of the kitchen).
The point is I train, and I don't let circumstance change that anymore.
