For the most part...
1.) head home from work
2.) start changing into workouts clothes
4.) if im taking and preworkout type supps i take/drink
5.) go over what i plan on doing in the gym
6.) drive to the gym hopefully something hard is on the radio (5 minute drive)
7.) before i even get out of my truck i put chalk on my hands
^ this last one is new but I have noticed that it kinda flips a switch in my head
