I work out in morning:
- M/T bladder and weigh myself
- Take wake up sups
- Have a 1/2 cigar
- Weigh out and eat breakfast
- Have other 1/2 cigar
- Weigh out and pack all my Post work out sups
- Weigh out and take Pre work out sups
- Leave for gym (10 mins away)
