We've been talking on this forum on who's eating what and asking for more ideas. I'm big into cooking. I enjoy being in the kitchen, but when i started cutting I kept things pretty bland. Lately I've been trying to get a little more taste in my food keeping with in my diet plan. Here is something I've mentioned to some of the guys. THought I would make a video just for fun..
-6 oz. chicken breast butterflied or pounded thing
-30 grams of almonds
-salt and pepper for taste
-any other seasoning
cook each side for 3 minutes on med-high on skillet
3-4 minutes in broiler to make sure its cooked through.
