Deadlift/SLDL(Kinda hard to explain, I'll video it later)

25-30 minute fasted cardio in the morning. 15 minutes my heart rate was from 140-150, then 10 minutes heart rate was from 130-140. 5 minute warmup on a bike before also.
Pre workout cardio - 10 Minutes, heart rate around 135-142ish
Notes Decent workout. My knee started acting up in the middle of deadlifts so I took pretty long breaks inbetween sets. Took a heaping scoop of HEMO RAGE BLACK today, felt pretty good. I think my body is getting used to caffeine again. I might have to invest in Reset A.D. again, not sure.
