I like to train my core on squat days. I found when i trained my core the day before squat day it is hard for me to stay tight while squatting. But I've known guys do train core before squat days as well. I know my answer probably doesn't help much, but give it a try and see how you feel.
If not my suggestion, i suggest this also squat will work your abs over good so its best to work them on that day
