Db Bench Press 110's x 2 / 40's x 8
ISO BENCH 336 x 1 / 60 x 8
ISO High Row 504 x 3 / 108 x 8
ISO Seated Row 504 x 3 / 108 x 10
Db Shrugs 130's x 15 / 30's x 10
Tri Press downs STACK x 12 / 40 x 10
(off the top of my head with out looking at logs)
Very satified setting the bar high for 1011.
