Seppe is off to a bad start

My idea was to work very hard on the main lifts and not to over do it on the assistance exercises.

I've i had not the knee injurie,i would definitively go for a full body work out.
I just start with this kind a training and i will see in few months how things are going.

Maybe after that a simple Upper/Lower body splits just like bendthebar suggested
