Its been a great year, joined MAB, met a LOT of great people and got my training back on track after a pain in the a$$ injury.
Major failure on the weight loss, lost 5-10 at the most. Maybe this year will be better.
I reviewed my old log when I started here to get a few of the numbers back from March. Its not a complete list but it gives me a little perspective to my progression.

Bench - 345 for 2 reps / 380 for reps. 360ish Max / 435 max.
