That's a MASSIVE 1RM on the bench, Mr Swede! Great thread too, btw.
I've had several achievements this year - returning to lifting being the first and best one (started training again March 29th after living a very unhealthy lifestyle since 2003).
10 reps of 100 kilos was good.
Reducing my drinking from a lot every day to only 4 a night, and having alcohol free days through the week is another.
